Subject: Important Update Regarding the Future of Your Orthodontic Care

Dear Patients and Families,

It is with a heavy heart that I write to inform you that I am closing my practice due to a family situation. This decision was not made lightly, as I have truly enjoyed working with and getting to know all of you. However, at this time, I do not feel I can give you the attention and care you and your family deserve.

If you have an upcoming appointment, please consider it canceled. If you have an urgent issue, please reach out to our office for assistance in facilitating an appointment sooner. 

Our phone number and email will remain the same, and we will be available to assist you with any needs. We will make your treatment records and financial arrangements available to your new practice.

Thank you for your support, trust, and loyalty over the years. It has been a pleasure knowing all of you, and I wish you continued good dental health.
